After the tremendous success of our Alpine Treasure Rally in July 2023, the ACV is thrilled to announce our Vintage Provence rally for 2024.

Our route will take us into the heart of Provence. Starting from our home in Villars  we will make our way through Burgundy, passing through charming villages and leading us to the renowned George Blanc 5-Star Hotel and Restaurant for an unforgettable stay and dining experience featuring 3 Michelin stars.

We will then continue towards the Luberon, where our destination is the magnificent Chateau de Tourreau in Sarrians. Together we'll explore the surrounding area, visit local vineyards, enjoy typical lunches in breathtaking scenic locations, and of course, relax by the beautiful pool.

We would like to invite you to our next Shifting Down Generation Rally on Saturday1 June 2024 for a fun-filled day of simple navigation and go-karting for the young and old, plus good food and of course…. great company !

We’ll meet at Boulangerie Charlet in Gryon bright and early on Saturday morning to sign-on and enjoy some of their delicious coffee and croissants, before navigating our way using tulips and maps to Payerne Karting land for some light-hearted competition and a BBQ lunch.

After the chequered flag we’ll get our route books out again to return to Charlet’s where we have reserved the restaurant for our private use.  Prizegiving and a special pizza night will round off another wonderful day amongst family and friends.

Our last two events have sold out very quickly and our 2023 Shifting Down Rally was a resounding success, so we anticipate demand for the 2024 edition will also be high and encourage your early entry to avoid disappointment.  Please email Tania at tania@acvillars.com for an entry form to reserve your spot.

For our next movie night on February 23, 2024, in Villars, we're showcasing the 1971 classic, "Le Mans" starring Steve McQueen.

This iconic film vividly captures the intense rivalry between Porsche and Ferrari at the legendary Le Mans 24-hour race, incorporating actual footage from the previous year's event.

We're honored to host Philippe Siffert, son of the legendary Porsche Works driver Jo Siffert, who claimed victory at Daytona in 1968 and Sebring, and was a Le Mans regular from 1965 to 1971. Philippe, who also competed at Le Mans in 1995, will share unique anecdotes and insights into his family's legacy and the thrilling world of motorsport.
